2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are available for products purchased directly from our official website or authorized distributors.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or consumed beverages.
  • Promotional or discounted items.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@atumbeverages.com with your order details. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Replacement Policy

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
